The voucher can only be exchanged by Resort resident guests and is valid for one bottle of Velouthon and one bottle of Ayis Ambelis (or 2 of the same) and one platter of cheeses, crackers, fruit and chutney. The selection is placed in the gift voucher recipients suite. Each gift voucher features a unique reference ID code, is non-refundable, must be redeemed in full, in one transaction, cannot be exchanged for cash and is subject to availability. 24 hours notice prior to voucher use is essential. Please note that the gift voucher must be presented/collected during redemption.
